Meet Debbie! As Accel’s Richmond service manager, Debbie leads our effort to deliver the highest quality pest control services through her expertise in urban pest management and her commitment to customer satisfaction.

A service manager plays a critical role in any pest control company, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the technician team, and guaranteeing that services meet the high standards of the business. With Debbie’s experience and leadership skills, she brings a perfect balance of technical expertise and a customer-focused approach that helps all our services maintain the high level of quality we strive for. 

Debbie’s Experience and Expertise

With a background in environmental science, Debbie has refined her expertise in urban pest management, with a particular aptitude in the area of cockroach control. Her seven years of experience in the industry guide our team as she oversees Accel’s commercial and residential pest control services, and she takes a leading role in everything she does. 

As an associate certified entomologist (ACE), Debbie’s approach is rooted in diligence. She approaches each training session and every new challenge with focus and purpose. When tough pest problems come up, Debbie leans in, whether it’s tracking a trail under the floorboards or finding smarter ways to support her team.
